OMG you are chiseled to the core. how long did it take for you to get that body?
I can probably get a resistance band, but am currently unable to other equipment, what do you suggest, doing the same ones more?
Guys like this need to inform people that these resistance bands and machines rely on you GOING SLOW. Everyone does them fast and nails a few dozen reps but it only builds lean muscle and conditions the body.
Go slow and suddenly you do 1/3 the reps you could going fast and see an inflation of primary, bulky muscle. These things work as long as you use them properly for your specific goals.

@Soymilllk your tripping right now. It WILL BUILD MASS if use a HEAVY band!!! I have a band that i have NEVER seen anyone do more that 10 reps with! you have to just get the right bands bro
These exercises will NOT BUILD MUSCLE MASS.
or only very little muscle mass. using a resistance band and doing the curls till failure, is the equivalent to training with low weights, at high repetition at the gym. THIS DOES NOT BUILD MASS. it will make your muscles more toned and lean after 2-3 months.
If you want to build muscle mass you need to be doing BIG weights with LOW repetitions. To build mass you need to tear muscle fibers, so they regrow larger. youre NOT doing this in the video.
Hey carter. So i have been working out for about over a year and a half now. I have pretty good biceps for my body fat level. But i lack the ever so wanted “peak” I flex and have a solid 17 inch arms but its flat on top? I do my preacher curls and i do my iso curls. But still no peak? I do biceps twice a week and have two different plans for each days. Any advice? (btw i do more than just preacher and iso curls just thats what i focus on for a peak.)

in this muscles is no power. is just big and not strong. he can do heavy shit 10 times maximum , but when he need to dig him self more of 10 times he dying.
