muscle men should accept that this is like fashion shows
@sonari2 Theirs is nothing Gay about admiring a nice physique. In fact sayin “im not gay” makes u sound a little insecure about ur sexuality. I mean, its hard not to look at these guys and admire the beauty and wanna be like them.
@ArtoriusGothicus
I agree. However, for self satisfaction and to achieve a “no excuse” attitude, I think it’s better to work out w/o the use of them. To each its’ own. That’s how I see it.
@OtorresFitness Working hard and taking steroids vs working hard without steroids will always win in the race for faster gains
Great video…i would have chose a different color for the names tho. could hardly read most of those
Great compilation thanks
So beautiful sport and style of life. Im not gay but those bodybuilders look so beautiful. ^^
@andrjsh so im trying not to overtrain anymore but the question im concerned about is when i should stop,well i guess its up to me after all,thanks for answering
@GrowlingVocals A better word than “pleasant” is “satisfying.” Hard work can be satisfying (or gratifying) but pacing yourself is important, otherwise you get sick of it. I’m getting old, too, so maybe that’s why I’m preaching the Gospel of Taking It Slow. Shaking is a sign of either low blood sugar or overstimulation of the tissues.
@andrjsh so its better to lift weights as long as it is pleasant?i used to work out far after my hands started shaking,maybe thats the problem of growing very slowly?
@GrowlingVocals A good amount of instinct comes into play. If you’re woozy, nauseous, or sick then you are probably working out too much. Another important tool is pacing yourself throughout the workout. I encouraged you to do more assuming that you still have that good feeling throughout your body. If you are worn out, then either rest or stop. But only you know how you feel.
@andrjsh i used to do so many reps and sets that several times i felt like i was blacking out,with fairly heavy weights,i have energy for very long workouts and i wonder when the good pumps ends and the excessive tiring begins
@GrowlingVocals If you have the energy to do more, do more, as long as you do not injure yourself. Periodically go to failure if you want to get bigger.
guys,how do you think?if i feel perfectly pumped after 3 sets should i do the 4th set?
these are the real deal…natural!
@TimeLine982
SteroidsR4losers is a real loser himself. I just wish the guy had the balls to put a video of how he really looks. I put a few of myself. I have no shame showing who I am, because I do not hide behind a computer screen insulting and disrespecting folks left and right. What I know is, KARMA will get the best of him sooner or later.
@OtorresFitness
it was a heart attack umaga had not steroids maybe I’m wrong. I don’t really hate steroids i think there ok just as long you know and how to use them to per long your workout and that’s no shame not unnatural. Its your Damn Body do what you want with it.
Seriously what’s up with people like this you tube member SteroidsR4losers i think they are all LOSERS going ageist Steroids and other Possibility’s to do to your Body they should shut the fuck up and leave it alone really.
Who was that little fellow at the end?
kapo me encanto tu video
G.Baldomir
so inspirational!
The mighty sons of “Hercules”.
i quess 4:54 is too short a time to squeeze in a couple hundred more classic and well known bodybuilders from that era. Vince Gironda is one of my favorites. he was ripped long before that look became popular.
@bacurin Dave Draper, “the Blond Bomber.” Sorry about the light typeface.
who is the guy of minute 2:03?
@tavipk18 Arnold is over rated. I think Lou Ferrigno is better.
